While Discover Your Recover (DYR) is incredible, there is NO claim that these movements will “fix” any existing injury or issue. There is also no guarantee that DYR will enhance your performance – it simply guarantees that you will “move better” and more fluid in your daily activities if you are consistent with the movements on a daily basis. I understand that this is very subjective – therefore, if you are not accustomed to regular physical activity, this may not be the best program for you.

If you experience any symptoms of weakness, unsteadiness, light-headedness or dizziness, chest pain or pressure, nausea, or shortness of breath, contact your physician immediately, go to your nearest emergency room, or dial 9-1-1. Mild soreness after exercise may be experienced after beginning a new exercise. If you experience this, do not repeat the program, and wait until all soreness subsides. Contact your physician if the soreness does not improve after 2-3 days.
